Send your shoppers a notification that their order is ready to be picked up!
Production is done! You have printed the packing slips and bagged and tagged each order. You are ready to notify your shoppers that their order is ready to be picked up!
Ready to Pick Up
Once all production cards associated with an order are completed, the order status will automatically be marked as Ready to Pick Up and an email will be sent to your customer. You can also manually mark the order as Ready to Pick Up.
You will locate these orders under:
- Orders
- Click Ready to Pick Up
Marking Orders as Picked Up
On the Order List view, you can select any number of orders by clicking on the leading checkbox. You can then click the bag icon on the top right of the screen to bulk mark orders as picked up.
Once you do, you will be given the ability to document who collected the order so you have it on record. This will also be automatically time-stamped within the order timeline.
Clicking on Record Pick Up, our order(s) are now fully completed!
Note that marking orders as picked up in this way will mark the order in its entirety picked up. If you would like to mark the order as partially picked up, you will need to do so within the order itself.
Mark Order Picked Up within the Order
- Click the Order Number to get into the order details
- Click Record PickUp
Upon clicking that, you will see a new screen where you can specify some of the important details regarding the pickup
You will see the pickup location details, as well as the same Pick Up Info as detailed above, where you record who performed the pickup. Notable, you can also select specific items from the order, in the event that the order was only partially picked up
This lets you keep an accurate record of expectations between you and your customer!
