Learn about Bulk Actions in the Order Manager

There are a variety of things you can accomplish using bulk actions within your Orders. By selecting one or more of your orders, you will see a blue banner appear across the top of the screen, with a collection of bulk actions you can take on the selected orders.

In the headlining options, you can

• Mark the selected Orders as Ready to Ship/Pickup 
• Print out Work Orders for the selected orders
• Print out Packing Slips for the selected orders
• Mark the selected orders as Completed

Additionally, if you have configured the QuickBooks integration, you can use a bulk action to export your orders to QuickBooks as well! Click Here to learn more about Exporting Orders to QuickBooks.

Now, clicking on the three dot menu on the far right of the blue banner, you will see a number of other bulk actions available to you:

NOTE: there is a maximum limit of 25 orders for the bulk printing options. If you exceed 25, you will need to download them to your device and print them from your device.
