This guide explains how Store Commissions work in InkSoft and how they can be used to automatically allocate a portion of sales to individuals, organizations, or fundraising groups. It covers how commissions are configured, how they are calculated, and where commission information can be tracked, helping you manage payouts accurately while supporting fundraising programs and commission-based sales.
This is located under Store Admin > Store Settings > Store Commission.
- Choose "On" to enable Store Commission.
- Enter the desired commission percentage (%) in the available field.
- Save & Publish at the top right.
NOTE: Store commission does not account for sales tax. That is to be collected by the entity.
Where To Find Store Commission Data
Once commission is set and you have orders in the Completed stage of production, you can view this data in the Store Commission column in the Order Summary Report!
