This guide explains how to manage and update your contact information within InkSoft to ensure customers and team members can reach you when needed. It covers where contact details are displayed, how to make changes, and why keeping this information current is important for maintaining clear communication and a professional customer experience.
 

Access the Contact Info setting by heading to Store Admin > Store Settings > Contact Info.

How Contact Information Displays

On your store, there will be a 'Contact Us' navigation link that opens a modal window. Here, your desired contact information displays in addition to a contact form. 

You are required to display either a phone number or an email address, but not both, and displaying an address is entirely optional.
You can turn off the 'Contact Us' function in the edit mode.
