Store Closed Page

Customize the messaging shown once your store is closed!

This guide explains how the Store Closed Page works in InkSoft and how it can be used to communicate with customers when a store is no longer accepting orders. It covers how to customize the message displayed after a store closes.

This is located under Store Admin > Store Settings > Store Closed Page.

Store Closed Page 

• Click Store Admin
• Click Settings (Gear Icon)
• Select Store Closed Page

Customize the Messaging

Everything within this page is optional. We have place holder text that will still show Store Closed to your shopper without making any edits/changes to this page.

• Title (Optional) - Customize the title that displays to your shopper
• Description (Optional) WYSIWYG Editor, what you see is what you get, allows you to emphasize your text.

• Display Store Closed/ Fundraiser Graphic Image 

Use Case: Allows your shoppers to go back to a closed site to see the final amount raised.

• Display Store Contact Info

Use Case: Allows the shoppers that missed the deadline to contact you from a closed site.
