Download Your Store's Product List CSV

Get a high-level view of all the products being offered in a store - including important details like SKUs, pricing, inventory, and personalization settings. 

Rather than opening each product manually, the downloadable product list provides a single report that saves time and helps you stay organized. This feature lets you generate either a simple or detailed product report, giving you an easy way to review your products, check configurations, or share information with clients — all without editing each product individually.

This feature works for both pre-decorated products and blank products assigned to the store.

How to Download a Product List

1. Navigate to your store’s Products page within the Store Admin section.
2. Click the Product List (CSV) button at the top right of the page.
3. Choose whether you want a Simple or Detailed CSV.
4. (Optional) Check the box to include blank products assigned to the store.
5. Click Download Product List.
6. Your CSV file will download to your computer, which you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any CSV-compatible program.

What’s Included in the Product List

When you download a product list, you can choose between two report types:

Simple Product List CSV

• Summarizes each SKU in a single row.
• Shows basic product information like SKU, offered colors, sizes, and general settings (e.g., printing options, personalization availability).
• Does not include pricing or inventory details.

Detailed Product List CSV

• Lists each SKU, color, and size in its own row.
• Includes pricing per size/color combination, inventory levels, weights, and other color/size-specific information.
• Ideal for a comprehensive view of how each product variant is configured.
