Edit Products - Decoration (Blank Products)

The Decoration tab allows you to manage how products can be interacted with by shoppers

The functionality of this page will change depending on if the product you are currently looking at is Blank or Pre-Decorated. This Product Type can be managed with the first option you see:

Available Sides & Print Regions

Since blank products function as a canvas for your shoppers, you are able to manage the Available Sides & Print Regions of the product here. You can enable or disable each additional side of the product, and for each enabled side, you can click on the Manage Regions carat to edit and add any print regions for that side!

Note that in order for a side to be managed here, the Default Color must have product image assigned to the side in question. More information on managing your product's images can be found here!

Designer Overlays

For each side that is enabled and assigned a print region, you also have the ability to assign that side a Designer Overlay, which allows you to create unique printable areas for blank products. This feature is great for sublimation, all-over-printing, promotional products, and more.

Decoration Settings

The Decoration Settings area of the Decoration tab lets you manage the printing capabilities and pricing you'd like this product to abide by. Any Decoration Methods that are enabled on your InkSoft account will be shown, and can be activated for this specific product, in addition to selecting the Print Price Grid assignment, and any custom Business Days to Produce if the method for this product may take a little longer. Additionally, you can mark this product to offer Free Printing, which will simply disable the above pricing grids, assign any custom Ink Palettes, or set the Max Print Colors.

Blank Purchase Options

Do you want the product to be purchasable as a blank? Or would you rather it only be available within the Designer? Maybe you want the shoppers to submit a Design Details Form so you can generate a quote for them yourself? You can control all of those settings here!

From this view, you can also select if you want these settings to apply to specific stores on your account, or if you just want these settings to apply globally. It's up to you!
