Edit Products - Pricing & Inventory

The Pricing & Inventory tab allows you to choose how you manage your product's inventory, and what pricing rules you'd like to apply.

In this interface, you're able to apply some pricing and inventory rules that apply to the product as a whole (whether it's blank or pre-decorated), as well as for each specific style of the product.

Pricing Options

Via the Base Pricing Method dropdown, you're able to select either a fixed price, or apply a pricing rule. If you choose to apply a pricing rule, you will select one that is configured via the Manage Pricing Rules section, which you can read more about here!

You can then select how you wish (or don't wish) your product's inventory to be tracked via the Inventory option. If you choose to enforce from your own inventory, you will simply need to download our CSV template with the appropriate product information and quantity numbers, and then upload it back via this option:

And lastly for this portion of the options, you are able to mark the product as Available for Quantity Discounts, which will make it eligible to be included in any of the discounts you configure in that portion of the platform. More information on setting those up here! 

Styles Pricing & Inventory

Finally, at the bottom of this tab, you are able to manage the pricing and inventory for each specific style of the product.

This section will dynamically populate information based on the settings you chose in the Pricing Options section just above it. For instance if you have a fixed price set up with no enforced inventory, your product may look like this:

But enforce your inventory from the supplier and apply a pricing rule, and suddenly you see this:

Keep in mind that any pricing information you enter here will act as an override for any other rules or prices you may have applied. So consider this the ultimate source of truth for each of your product style prices.

As usual, you also have some quality of life features, such as the ability to collapse or expand the style cards, and of course Bulk Actions that can be accessed by clicking the Select All box or the boxes next to specific styles:
