In order to efficiently run a store, understanding how that store is doing at-a-glance can be a huge time saver. When shops build stores for their client’s needs (school store, employee store, community event store), the client often wants to be kept in the loop of how that store is doing, especially if there is a fundraiser component. Bringing visibility and accessibility to both the admin and the client of the basic analytics of the store removes the overhead of having to run reports, etc. to review and/or then distribute via email to their client (after removing sensitive information).

Admin Performance Dashboard
Located in the top navigation bar when you are logged into a Store, you will see a section called ‘Store Performance’. This section is available to all plan levels. Here you will see some high level data relating to how your Store is performing, but you will also have access to related reports where you can adjust the date range, filters, and dial in the data set you are looking to review.
Admins will also have access to financial data that is not made available to other user types or in other views of this dashboard.
Managing Access to Dashboard Views
A feature only available for the InkSoft Unlimited Plans is the ability to share a modified view of this dashboard with user accounts that are associated with this Store. This is a great way to give access to the client you are working with so they can see how the Store is performing.
View As Customer:
This will direct you to the same link that the user with permission to view the dashboard will have so that you can review what they can see.
Allow Customer Access:
This will give you a screen where you can manage which user accounts gain access to their ‘client view’ located in their shopper’s portal. You can also customize which of the data cards you allow this set of users to see when viewing their version of the dashboard.
Please Note:
- This is only customizable per store and not per user.
- Any financial or sensitive information has been removed from the user/client view. (Except some fundraiser info they would already be able to see on the Store’s fundraiser component already).
