See what emails have been sent out to your shoppers!
The System Email Sent log provides visibility into automated emails generated and delivered by your InkSoft platform. This feature allows you to review email activity, verify that notifications were sent successfully, and troubleshoot customer communication issues when needed. This guide explains how to access the System Email Sent log, understand the information displayed, and use it to monitor email delivery across your store.
NOTE: InkSoft will archive 500 emails at a time and/or what has occurred in the last 30 days.
System Email Sent
- Click on the Navigation Menu Button in the upper left
- Click on Marketing > System Email Sent
Recent Emails
- Use the Search bar to find a specific email that was sent (search by customer email or keywords such as receipt, approve, etc.)
- Click the Magnifying Glass to see the email
View Sent Email
By clicking on the Magnifying Glass, the email will open to give you the exact email that was sent to your shopper.
These emails are able to be edited by visiting Marketing > Email Templates -- check out this guide to see how to make those edits!
