Surcharge Reporting

Get a ground level view of your stores' assessed surcharges

As part of adding surcharging to orders, it's important to know how much is being assessed per transaction. Using InkSoft Reports, it's easy to get this information!

Surcharges can be found on any order or transaction-level report. This includes:

• Transaction Report
• Order Summary Report
• Order Detail Report

The Order Summary and Order Details Report are Order-Level reports (surprise!). As such, they will contain the Total Surcharge amount for an order as a column:

The Transaction Report will return every processed transaction (which means a single order can have multiple transactions, if it's paid in installments). This report will show, for each transaction, the Credit Card Surcharge, as well as the Surcharge Percentage as columns.
