Art Libraries help you organize and manage artwork within your InkSoft account by grouping clip art into structured collections. Libraries make it easier to control how artwork is categorized, accessed, and maintained across your design workflows, helping keep your art assets organized as your collection grows. This article explains how to create, manage, and maintain Art Libraries to support efficient artwork management.
Adding New Design Ideas & Clip Art
- Hover over the Art tab.
- Hover over Art Libraries
- Select Clip Art or Design Ideas (Note: the process is the same for both).
- Select the filter type to be applied.
- Then hit select Apply.
Any clip art or design ideas that meet the filter(s) selected will display. The following options can be chosen to manage art from the Art Library:
- Assign To Store Category: Allows the selected art to be added to specific storefront(s) and categories.
- Remove From Store Category: Removes the selected art from specific storefront(s) and categories.
- Select/Deselect All: Selects or deselects all of the art displayed (Note: art can be individually selected using the checkbox on the left side of each piece of art).
- Make sure to select Apply after changes are made!
We'll notify you through System Message, Blog Post, and Email when new artwork is released!
