Managing in-stock blank products helps you maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the right products are available when needed for production. By tracking quantities on hand, monitoring inventory status, and updating stock records as products are received or consumed, you can improve inventory visibility and streamline purchasing and fulfillment workflows. This article explains how to view, manage, and maintain your in-stock blank product inventory.
Mark as 'In Stock'
- From the Needs Purchasing tab, select the product(s) that are to be indicated as In Stock.
- From the action menu on the top right, select In Stock.
After clicking In Stock there will be a success message. These products will now be located within the In Stock view on the top navigation header.
Managing In Stock
From the In Stock, products marked as In Stock can be managed and removed from the In Stock tab and placed back into the Needs Purchasing tab. (Note: Only products tied to orders not in the Order Completed status can be removed from In Stock.)
- From the In Stock tab, select the product(s) that are to be moved back into Needs Purchasing.
- From the action menu on the top right, select Mark as Not In Stock.
