This guide explains how to use the InkSoft Status Page to check the current availability and performance of InkSoft services. It helps you quickly identify active incidents, service disruptions, or scheduled maintenance so you can stay informed about system status and potential impacts to your workflow.
Need to find out if there were any recent operational impacts with the platform? We have a status page to help with that! The Inksoft status page is a webpage that we update with the status of the Inksoft program daily and you can find the status page at https://inksoft.statuspage.io/
We recommend that our users bookmark the status page as it's a great resource to refer to, especially in the event the system is not functioning as intended, or if there were any recent issues with Inksoft.
The blue button in the top right of the page that shows Subscribe To Updates allows you to subscribe via email so you can be notified whenever Inksoft creates, updates, or resolves an incident. Below that is a status bar that communicates the current operational status of the system. In the image below, the status bar is green, and the text on the bar shares that All Systems Operational.
The page then shows the status of the main components of the system, and their operational status:
The page then shows Past Incidents and if an incident occurred on that day or not. If there are no incidents on a particular day, the page will show "No incidents reported". If there is an incident or a significant scheduled release, the title of the incident will be shown in yellow or orange. The title is a hyperlink, and you can click on the title to find out more about the incident, such as what parts of the system were affected and when it was resolved.
