This guide explains how to reset your InkSoft password and regain access to your account if you've forgotten your login credentials. - Hover over your name on the lower left corner of your admin portal
- Click Edit My Profile
- Click Change Password
- Enter Current Password
- Enter New Password
- Confirm New Password
- Click Save
Can't remember your current password? No Problem!
- On the left side Navigation menu, click on Settings
- Click Contact & Admin Accounts
- Click Admin Accounts
- Click on your Name to open your Admin Account
- Enter New Password
- Click Save
Note for New Customers: Each account has a unique login link that was sent to you via an automated email at the time of signup. These logins will not work at InkSoft.com. Please reach out to Support if you do not know the link for your main store.
