Password Reset

This guide explains how to reset your InkSoft password and regain access to your account if you've forgotten your login credentials. It walks through the password reset process, highlights where to find reset instructions, and provides helpful tips to ensure you can get back to managing your business quickly and securely.

• Hover over your name on the lower left corner of your admin portal 
• Click Edit My Profile

• Click Change Password
• Enter Current Password
• Enter New Password
• Confirm New Password
• Click Save

Can't remember your current password? No Problem!

• On the left side Navigation menu, click on Settings
• Click Contact & Admin Accounts

• Click Admin Accounts
• Click on your Name to open your Admin Account
• Enter New Password
• Click Save
