Bulk actions are the most efficient way to apply a variety of changes to multiple products at once.
Within Manage Products, you have apply various bulk actions to edit your products. We highly suggest checking the bulk action list before making individual changes.
Applying Bulk Actions
- Apply the appropriate filter to pull up the desired product selection.
- Click the bulk apply box above the first product SKU to select all products on the page (you can check or uncheck products as needed).
- Click on 'Select Action' above the product list to choose the bulk action.
- Then select 'Apply' to have the bulk action apply to the selected products.
List of Bulk Action Selections
DISPLAY - Display Options for Selected Products
- Assign To Store: Assigns selected products to a chosen storefront.
- Remove from Store: Removes selected products from a chosen storefront.
- Assign To Category: Assigns selected products to a chosen product category.
- Remove From Category: Removes selected products from a chosen product category.
- Set Active: This action changes the product status to Active, making it viewable in any assigned storefronts.
- Set Inactive: This action changes the product status to Inactive, removing it from view in any assigned storefronts.
- Set Featured ON: This makes products featured items on a Storefront. Note: This applies to Legacy Storefronts only.
- Set Featured OFF: This removes featured items from a Storefront. Note: This applies to Legacy Storefronts only.
- Permanently Delete: This action permanently deletes the selected items from your InkSoft Product Catalog. If applied, you will have to add the products back from a Supplier catalog or manually create them again.
- Set Pre-Decorated: Here you can set a product as Pre-Decorated. Note: This will make the item unavailable in the Online Designer and mark it as a static item.
- Set Personalization: Creates and sets Personalization Fields for Pre-Decorated items in the Product Catalog.
- Assign Size Chart: Assigns a specific size chart to the selected products.
- Assign Ink Palette: Assigns a custom Ink Palette to the chosen products.
- Remove Ink Palette: Removes a custom Ink Palette to the chosen products.
- Set Blank Purchase Options: This action allows the editing of the Blank Purchase Options for the selected products. This includes the Buy Blank, Design Online, and Design Details Form options.
INVENTORY - Inventory Options for Selected Products
- Set Out of Stock: This marks the entire product SKU out of stock.
- Set In Stock: This marks the entire product SKU in stock.
- Set Discontinued ON: This marks the product as discontinued.
- Set Discontinued OFF: This marks the product as available once again.
- Sync Supplier Inventory NOW: This syncs inventory with the InkSoft Supplier that the product was copied from. If a product is out stock with that supplier, it will pull that color, style, size out of your availability to sell that product on any assigned storefronts.
Note: In order to sync information from the Supplier, products must be set to "Enforce from Supplier Inventory" under the Advanced tab of the individual product settings. If you are using the setting "Enforce from My Inventory" the sync supplier option will not work. Not all Suppliers within InkSoft provide an Inventory feed to sync. If you have questions, please contact Support.
PRINTING - Printing Options for Selected Products
- Set Digital Printing ON: This turns on the Digital Printing Decoration Method for selected products.
- Set Digital Printing OFF: This turns off the Digital Printing Decoration Method for selected products.
- Set Digital Printing Grid: This setting allows you to set the Digital Printing Pricing Grid for selected products.
- Set Vector-Only Printing ON: This turns on the Screen Print Decoration Method for selected products.
- Set Vector-Only Printing OFF: This turns off the Screen Print Decoration Method for selected products.
- Set Vector-Only Printing Grid: This setting allows you to set the Screen Print Pricing Grid for selected products.
- Set Free Printing ON: This setting will not charge a print price as a part of the total decorated price of the item. If applied, there will be no additional charge for decorating the item.
- Set Free Printing OFF: This turns off the Free Printing option. A print price will be charged for decoration on top of the blank garment price.
- Set Embroidery ON: This turns on the Embroidery Decoration Method for selected products.
- Set Embroidery OFF: This turns off the Embroidery Decoration Method for selected products.
FEEDS - Google Product Feed Options for Selected Products (Note: Google/SEO settings found under Advanced > Product Feeds)
- Set Include in Feed ON: This includes the selected products into the Google Product Feed configured for the account.
- Set Include in Feed OFF: This removes the selected products from the Google Product Feed configured for the account.
- Set Gender Male: Sets the gender as Male for the selected products in the Google Product Feed configured for the account.
- Set Gender Female: Sets the gender as Female for the selected products in the Google Product Feed configured for the account.
- Set Gender Unisex: Sets the gender as Unisex for the selected products in the Google Product Feed configured for the account.
- Clear Gender: Clears the selected gender for the selected products.
- Set Age Group Adult: Sets the Age Group for the selected products as Adult.
- Set Age Group Kids: Sets the Age Group for the selected products as Kids.
- Clear Age Group: Clears the specified Age Group from the selected products.
PRICING - Pricing Options for Selected Products
- Apply Pricing Rule: Applies a Pricing Rule to the selected products.
- Set Tax Exempt ON: Sets the selected products to be Tax Exempt.
- Set Tax Exempt OFF: Removes the Tax Exempt status from the selected products.
- Assign Product Tax Category: Assigns a specific Product Tax Category to the selected products.
- Remove Product Tax Category: Removes the assigned Product Tax Category from the selected products.
- Set Sync Cost ON: This will enable a cost sync with the supplier(s) that the selected products were copied from. (e.g. Alphabroder, SanMar, or S&S Activewear) Note: Set Sync Cost ON must be applied to all products from a given Supplier if you want the products to be synced daily with the Supplier feed.
- Set Sync Cost OFF: This disables the cost sync with the supplier(s) the selected products were copied from.
- Sync Costs NOW: This action applies an immediate, manual cost sync with the supplier(s) the selected products were copied form.
- Set Available for Quantity Discount ON: Makes the selected products available for Quantity Discounts. Note: Quantity Discounts can be created under Pricing > Product Pricing > Quantity Discounts.
- Set Available for Quantity Discount OFF: This action removes the selected products from being available for inclusion in Quantity Discounts.
- Remove Price Rule Markups: This removes the Pricing Rule assigned to the selected products.
- Clear Sales Pricing: This removes any applied sales pricing from the selected products.
- Remove Store-Override Pricing: This will remove any Store-Specific pricing for the selected products.
