The Advanced, Stores, and SEO tabs provide additional options and configurations for your products.
These optional tabs allow you to configure Inventory Control, Store-specific product colors, and Search Engine Optimization for individual products.
Advanced Tab
The Advanced tab allows you to enable inventory controls, configure Google Product Feed information, and apply Product Tax Categories. Note: these options are specific to the selected product and are completely optional.
Inventory
Within the Inventory tab, product inventory controls can be configured. There are three options available:
- Do not Enforce Inventory
- Enforce from My Inventory
- Enforce from Supplier Inventory
Product inventory is broken down by the available colors or styles for the product, as well as the individual sizes for that color or style. If inventory is being enforced, only the quantities specified for the sizes of each color or style will be purchasable within the storefronts the product is assigned to.
If Enforce from My Inventory is selected, the inventory quantities for each individual size of a color or style can be entered manually within the MY QTY column, or an Inventory Template can be downloaded, completed, and uploaded back into InkSoft to specify the inventory quantities for all sizes for those colors and styles in bulk.
If Enforce From Supplier Inventory is selected, the current quantity information received from the Supplier will be shown within the Supplier QTY column. Additionally, there are inventory control settings at the Supplier level. Note: these may affect options at the product level.
Product Feeds
This tab refers to Google Product Feeds functionality. A Google Data feed is a file made up of a list of products that use groupings of attributes that define each one of your products in a unique way. Attributes, such as 'condition' and 'availability', can have standardized values, or accepted "answers," or attributes can be open to fill with your own choice of value, such as 'id' or 'title'.
- Check the box to Include in Feeds
- Google Product Category: Categorizing your product helps ensure that your ad is shown with the right search results.
- Google Product Description: Use specifications to format your product information for Shopping ads
- Gender: Select the gender of the product (i.e. men, women, unisex, etc.)
- Age Group: Select the age group of the product (i.e. Adult or Child)

GTIN/UPC Codes
You will also see information regarding GTIN/UPC Codes. GTIN is a globally unique number used to identify your products. This information should automatically be included with any product that is added from an integrated Supplier Catalogs.
Product Tax Categories
Inksoft's integration with TaxJar allows specific Tax Categories to be easily assigned to products to determine how they will be taxed. As an example: some areas may tax differently for Youth apparel. Tax Categories can be used to be sure that the appropriate tax would be applied in that situation. Click the View Tax Category List link to see a list of all TaxJar Tax Categories.
Stores Tab
The Stores tab allows store-specific product colors to be set for individual products. This setting is available for blank products, as well as legacy pre-decorated products. To set these options, follow the below steps:
- Click the drop-down menu in the upper left hand corner to select the storefront. Note: only storefronts the product is assigned to will be shown.
- After selecting the store, click the product colors to add/remove them from the selected storefront. The green box around the color indicates that the color is selected.
- Repeat these steps to assign different colors to different stores.
SEO Tab
