Manage Products within Colors and Images (Bulk Actions)

Within the Colors and Images tab, you are able to assign changes in bulk at the color level to save time.

The Colors and Images tab within Manage Products allows you to make your color specific changes in bulk to save you time. This includes setting product colors to active/inactive in bulk, assigning print grids, decoration methods, uploading additional colors or images, and more.

Selecting your Colors in Bulk

• To select your colors, click the checkbox on the left to choose your parameters. 
• This allows you to select all colors or choose the colors based on current status, color type, decoration method and print grid. 

Available Bulk Actions

After choosing your colors in bulk, click on the Bulk Apply button to select the correct action. 

• Status: Set to Active or Inactive.
• Color Type: Set your color type in bulk.
• Decoration Methods: Select Screen or Digital print.
• Screen Print Grid: Select your Screen Print pricing grid.
• Digital Print Grid: Select your Digital Print pricing grid. 
• Minimums Per Order: Set any specific minimums per order and/or color here.
• Trash Can: Will delete all colors selected.

Uploading Product Images in Bulk

Product Images and Colors can also be uploaded in bulk within the Colors and Images tab. You will need to upload your color list before uploading your product images. 

• Download this CSV file to set up your Product Colors.  The fields to fill out are listed below (those marked with * are required).
• Color Name*: The public product name of the product and is visible to customers.
• Primary Color*: The public color of the product that is visible to your customers. 
• Secondary Color: If there are 2 colors (i.e. a Raglan Tee), you can add the accent HTML color (Optional).
• Status*: Set it to True to make the Color Active. Set it to FALSE to make the Color Inactive. Active colors will be seen by customers.
• Minimum Per Order: This would be a quantity number to be purchased by color. If there are no color minimums being enforced, this field can be left blank.
• Save your CSV sheet.
• Click on the upload arrow next to the save button. Click on Upload Color List to import your CSV file containing the list of your desired colors.

Formatting

To import your product images in bulk for all active sides of the product, please ensure the files meet the below parameters.

• Images need to be sized at 500x500 pixels
• Images should be a .PNG file
• Files need to be named according to the color and side being uploaded to. Example: sku_color_side-name.png (5000_Red_Front.png). Note: if the files are not named correctly, the image will not upload.

Uploading Product Images

• Click and hover on the upload button.
• Then click on Upload Images.

• Click Browse to upload your files. A few image naming examples will be displayed in the window as well. Note: please make sure all image files are formatted as the below example shows. 

• After selecting the appropriate files, select Save on the page before navigating away. 

Important Notes & Helpful Tips
