The Colors & Images tab allows you to manage the different variations of your products, as well as the images you want to display for each side
Images
Let's take a look at the "Images" part of Colors & Images first. For each Side that's been made available for your product, you will either see an uploaded image for that side (as seen in the screenshot above). However, if the side is missing an image you will see something more like this:
As the interface instructs, you simply need to upload a product side image for each of the enabled sides. Our recommended method is to simply click and drag the product image from your computer's file explorer directly into the corresponding square for its side. You may also notice that if a product is missing images for any enabled sides, it will be highlighted in yellow, indicating that it cannot currently be marked as Active. This will be accompanied by a notification at the top of the page telling you as much:
Colors
On the right half of each color's card, you can find all the various color settings for that variation of your product. The default color will be marked as such, and will be unable to be marked as Inactive, as the Default variation must always be Active if the product itself is. You have a color picker wheel with corresponding HEX codes for the primary and secondary colors if you'd like to use those, as well as an optional Color Type to further categorize your variations.
You are also able to assign any specific stores, sizes, or minimums on a per-variation basis. Additionally, you can also assign Print Price Grids for each variation as long as the product is a blank. Pre-Decorated products will not show any Print Price Grids in this section.
Bulk Actions
Finally, we know that some people can't get enough product variations. We won't judge you for having a shirt with 63 different colors assigned! In fact, we'd like to make managing all those colors easier via Bulk Actions.
By clicking the "Select All" box above all your product variations (or individual boxes next to specific variations), you are given the option to perform Bulk Actions. Things like setting multiple variations to Active or Inactive, assigning minimum or pricing grids, or deleting can all be done to multiple products as once. So go ahead and add a few more colors!
