Gift Certificate Report

How to pull information on your gift certificates to track usage and remaining balance.

Getting Started: 

• Hover over 'Reports'
• Click on 'Orders Report'
• Click on 'Gift Certificate Report'

Report Parameters

• Date Range: Select desired dates ranges by start and end date.
• Optional (default): Choose whether you want to include gift certificates with a zero dollar balance remaining.
• Report Type: There are three choices for report type: All, Store Issued (issued by admin), Purchased (front end customer purchase).
• Stores: Select your stores.
• Output Type: Select HTML or Excel as your output option.
