Order Details (Legacy)
Information that is pulled through once an order is placed
Once an Order is placed there are a number of details you will receive! After filtering to the Store, Stage or Status within your Order Manager; you will click on the order number to see the breakdown of your orders details.
Order Data
- Billing Address/ Card Type
This section will also show the card type and last 4 digits of the card.
- Shipping Address
- Shipping Method
- Date Created
- Order Details
- Quantity
- Size
- Price
- Sub Total
- Rendered Designs/ Embroidery File Size
Embroidery will give you the Original File that you uploaded, DST File and a PNG Preview.
All other Print Methods will give you a EPS, PNG, Tiff, PDF and Print-Ready PDF.
- Design Colors/ Thread Values
- Original Art File
- Order History - Will allow you to see who has moved the order from one stage to another, who refunded/cancelled the order and it gives you access to see any errors that came through when your shopper placed the order.
(i.e. Declined, AVS Mismatch, CVS Not Accurate, etc.)
- Order Totals - will give you the Sub-Total, Shipping Price, Taxation Percentage/Amount, Discounts and the Total Amount of the order.
