Uploading into Design Software

You will notice upon opening the PDF in Illustrator, Corel etc. the design canvas is set to the dimensions of the print region that the customer had selected and saved their design within.

The design is positioned and sized against the print region. This represents the size and location of the art approximate to the print region. Eliminating the need to size graphics for production.

Design Studio 'print region'

A Print Region is a key element in making a product available in the design studio. A simple definition for Print Region is the area you are allowing your customers to design within.

Each region has a height and width associated to it. This height and width is what gives the Print-Ready PDF scalable dimensions.

NOTE: You will want to make sure your print regions are configured to your exact specifications.
