Updating Payment Information

Change the credit card or billing address that you have on file

Need to change the credit card that you have on file?
  • Hover over your name on the top right
  • Click License & Billing

InkSoft License & Billing
  • Click Add New Account for Payment

Payment Account
  • Uncheck Billing Address is The Same as Fulfillment Store if you need a different address than what we list under Settings > Contact & Admin Accounts

NOTE: If you do NOT need to change Billing Address, keep checked.

  • Select Card Type (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Checking Account (ACH)

NOTE: If using ACH, you will need to enter the the Account & Routing number that appears on the check. 

  • Enter Card Number
  • Select Expiration Month and year
  • Enter CVV Number
  • Click Authorize Payment

IMPORTANT: Please note that a $1.00 charge will appear as pending. This will drop off in 3-5 business days. 

This is just a pre-authorization for the updated billing information you just entered.

Account Past Due

If your account is past due for the current billing month. You will see a blue button 'Pay InkSoft Monthly Fee'. After updating your card:

  • Click Pay InkSoft Monthly Fee

This will make you current and up to date on the billing cycle.
