Email Communication thru Quotes & Invoices
How to send and receive email notifications on Quotes, Invoices and Art Approvals
Important: Business Tools has been sunset and is in Read-Only mode. New users will not see this area.
For all Quotes and Invoices sent through the system, you have the ability to email and communicate directly through Inksoft to your customer.
E-mail and/or Send Message
Quick Glance: Send an email in two ways; 'Send Message' button or 'E-mail' option in the 'Actions' drop-down menu.

E-mail Options
- Enter an alternative E-mail/alternative email body content: The E-mail on the invoice will automatically populate in this field, change as needed.
- Carbon Copy (CC): Enter additional emails that need to receive the message. Use commas to separate multiple email addresses.
- Include Web Link: This option automatically inserts a hyperlink to the invoice.
- Attach PDF: With this option enabled, a PDF document of the invoice will be attached to the email that is sent.

Automated E-Mail Notifications
In order to receive system-generated email notifications you must fill out the E-Mail Notifications fields under Business Tools> Settings> E-Mail Notifications.
Multiple emails can be added, using a comma to separate.
